LinkyCat - Do you visit a lot of websites every day? Do you use several browsers or work with several computers? Do you exchange your favorite bookmarks with friends? If so, you need a browser-independent bookmark manager.

LinkyCat is a convenient and multi-functional bookmark manager. A bookmark collection created with LinkyCat does not depend on the browser. You can move it from one computer to another, send it by e-mail or publish it on your website for public access. Access to bookmarks is instantaneous thanks to its powerful search system.

A bookmark is not just the URL of a resource in LinkyCat. Along with the URL, LinkyCat stores its description, keywords, name, icon and other useful information that will help you remember the purpose of each bookmark.

LinkyCat automatically checks bookmarks for availability and updates. Unavailable bookmarks are highlighted in red, updated bookmarks are highlighted in green.

Bookmarks in LinkyCat have the same hierarchy as Internet websites and the file system of a computer, thus LinkyCat is one of the easiest programs for storing bookmarks.

The interface of LinkyCat is simple and clear. You will easily master the program without even reading the documentation. While we were developing the interface, we followed the principle that an everyday program should be intuitive and easy to use. All information about bookmarks is visually presented on customizable "visual cards".

LinkyCat has a powerful system for bookmark import and export. It supports all of the most popular browsers and bookmark formats. You can easily move bookmark collections that already exist from your browsers to LinkyCat in just a few mouse clicks.

The LinkyCat is distributed as try before you buy. This means:

1. All copyrights to LinkyCat are exclusively owned by LinkyCat.com.

2. You can use LinkyCat unregistered version frees, without any time limitation, but in this case some functions will be unavailable. If you want to use these functions you MUST register.

3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use LinkyCat on multiple computers, provided he will only use it on one of them at any given time, for any legal purpose. The registered LinkyCat software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

4. The LinkyCat unregistered version may be freely distributed only if it is subject to the following conditions:

a) The distribution package is not modified;

b) No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of LinkyCat without a written permission from the copyright holder, except to recover the media costs;

c) The LinkyCat may be bundled or distributed together with any other products or packages, but the same conditions apply;

d) Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

Legally registered owners may use their copies of LinkyCat to produce links collections (LCC) free of any additional LinkyCat royalties.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

9. Installing and using LinkyCat signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
